INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby within standards which would be acceptable by the vast majority of U.S. Republican viewers. The goal is to be acceptable within all corners of the U.S. Republican Party, where warnings were NEVER provided, and political candidates, such as GEORGE HUTCHINS were WRONGFULLY blocked from ALL Republican Party functions, and ALL Republican Party Conventions, which determines the outcome of most elections, in spite of private financing of Television and Radio political advertisement; such as, which was, the case, during the 2010 North Carolina, 4th U.S. Congress District, Republican Primary. Countless WRONGFUL DOUBLE STANDARDS exist within the United States; but, in the interest of gaining acceptance within all corners of the U.S. Republican Party, a decision was made to let someone else fight most of these battles, where all political humor, and clear examples of wrongful double standards, have been removed from this N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL POLITICAL LOBBY website, located at www.nimcrown.com . The clear objective is to open the doors for GEORGE HUTCHINS, and other candidates connected to this website for 2012 and 2014 political campaigns, so as to prevent being dragged down by the weights of having to fight other battles, which should be fought by persons who cannot be damaged by blocks from the U.S. Republican Party, to attend nor be invited speakers at U.S. Republican Party functions, and U.S. Republican Conventions. It is for certain GEORGE HUTCHINS would have won, or received countless more votes, during the 2010 Republican North Carolina, 4th U.S. Congress District primary, if he had NOT been blocked from attending ALL North Carolina Republican Party sponsored events, and Republican Party Conventions, because many voters did not know who GEORGE HUTCHINS was, in spite of $28,944.73 DOLLARS which was spent on the 2010 GEORGE HUTCHINS for U.S. Congress Campaign, where most of this amount was spent on Television and Radio Advertisement. It was believed ELITISM played a major role in this action, to block GEORGE HUTCHINS from all 2010 Republican Public Events because NO WARNINGS were given to Hutchins, where the ELITISTS were looking for any device to block anyone who the ELITISTS said were, "NOT ONE OF THEM," from all Republican Public Events. The reconstruction of the N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby Website will remove all devices which the ELITISTS can use against GEORGE HUTCHINS or any other candidate in the future, as a method to block him or anyone connected to this website, even if, the ELITISTS say Hutchins or anyone else is, "NOT ONE OF THEM." Formal complaints are being filed to higher levels of the Republican Party, against members of the North Carolina Republican Party who abused their offices during the 2010 Republican Primary, and GEORGE HUTCHINS will move on, leaving behind chains which bound him in the past, through the reconstruction of this website, and the main GEORGE HUTCHINS For U.S. Congress Website, located at: www.georgehutchins.com GEORGE HUTCHINS filed a final financial report on May 14, 2010 to the FEC, Federal Election Commission, located in Washington DC, for a clear public record of $28,944.73 U.S. Dollars which was spent on the 2010 GEORGE HUTCHINS for U.S. Congress campaign, where the majority of these funds went into both Television and Radio advertisement of the campaign. All collective actions of N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby, also known as N.I.M., THE NATIONAL INDEPENDENTS MOVEMENT, are bound to behavior, within the lawful restrictions set by law, as of August 8th, 2007, and the 5th of October 2008, and all restrictions throughout the N.I.M. Code of Honor, (N.I.M. MEMBERSHIP LAWS). All N.I.M. actions and N.I.M. Members are bound to the same.

All International Laws, U.S. Federal Laws, U.S. State Laws, Civil Legislation, Local City-Laws, and OSHA legislation will be followed.
All Canadian Laws, All British Laws, All German Laws, and all NATO Nation Laws will be followed.

Through the non-collection of money, through the non-generation of money, through the non-ownership of property, N.I.M. will be capable, to discriminate on any basis, making the selection of members based on any qualification legal, under the legal jurisdiction through all U.S. and International Laws. Legally, N.I.M. is not bound by any so called government Affirmative Action programs, nor similar policies.

N.I.M. will select members based on any legal basis, of applicants of the highest moral character.
Persons under the age of 18 years old, must have the consent of their parents, or legal guardian, before being granted N.I.M. Membership.
The minimum age for an active N.I.M. Member is 21 years old.

All applicants must state their Citizenship, Racial Identification, Religion, and Ancestry on the N.I.M. Membership Application.
All Nationalities, All Races, All Established Religions, and All Ancestries may join N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby, N.I.M. National Independents Movement.

North West Europe includes: England, Scotland, Ireland, Holland, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Denmark, Iceland, and other related nations. By Government standards, persons of a White Nationality are descendent from North West Europe.
The study of North West European Ancestry is not a Racist act.
N.I.M. is not a religious organization, but N.I.M. recognizes all established Religions, and understands Pre-Christian Pagan European History.

A meeting is a function, or party, and all other N.I.M. Accumulations. N.I.M. has the legal right to exclude anyone, for any reason, from any N.I.M. Meeting.
Persons under the age of 18 years old, will NOT be permitted to attend any N.I.M. meeting without direct parent consent, NOR without the direct parent consent of a legal guardian.
Persons under the age of 18 years old, will receive adult supervision during all N.I.M. meetings following direct parent consent or direct consent from a legal guardian.
In locations where the legal age to drink alcohol is 21, persons under the age of 21 will not be permitted to drink alcohol during any N.I.M. meeting.
N.I.M. Officers are responsible, on location, to ensure all laws concerning persons under the age of 18 years old, and under the age of 21 years old, are followed on every point, with enforcement at every N.I.M. meeting, within each N.I.M. officer's jurisdiction.
N.I.M. Officers upon location, within each N.I.M. Officer's Jurisdiction, will ensure that the safety and moral welfare of each person under 18, or under the age of 21, is maintained at each N.I.M. meeting, within legal limits, upon parent/guardian consent.
N.I.M. Members are responsible to assist N.I.M. Officers in this task within legal limits.

No alterations will be allowed to the N.I.M. Code of Honor. The Spirit of the N.I.M. Code of Honor Must Remain, even though the language wording is amended.
