Following the May 4, 2010 North Carolina, Republican 4th U.S. Congress District Primary, a decision was made to update this  website to clear up the image of N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby, also known as N.I.M. National Independents Movement,  within standards which would be acceptable by the vast majority of U.S. Republican viewers.

The goal is to be acceptable within all corners of the U.S. Republican Party, where warnings were NEVER provided, and political candidates, such as GEORGE HUTCHINS were WRONGFULLY blocked from ALL Republican Party functions, and ALL Republican Party Conventions, which determines the outcome of most elections, in spite of private financing of Television and Radio political advertisement; such as, which was, the case, during the 2010 North Carolina, 4th U.S. Congress District, Republican Primary.

Countless WRONGFUL DOUBLE STANDARDS exist within the United States; but, in the interest of gaining acceptance within all corners of the U.S. Republican Party, a decision was made to let someone else fight most of these battles, where all political humor, and clear examples of wrongful double standards, have been removed from this N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL POLITICAL LOBBY website, located at   www.nimcrown.com . 

The clear objective is to open the doors for GEORGE HUTCHINS, and other candidates connected to this website for 2012 and 2014 political campaigns, so as to prevent being dragged down by the weights of having to fight other battles, which should be fought by persons who cannot be damaged by blocks from the U.S. Republican Party, to attend nor be invited speakers at U.S. Republican Party functions, and U.S. Republican Conventions.

It is for certain GEORGE HUTCHINS would have won, or received countless more votes, during the 2010 Republican North Carolina, 4th U.S. Congress District primary, if he had NOT been blocked from attending ALL North Carolina Republican Party sponsored events, and Republican Party Conventions, because many voters did not know who GEORGE HUTCHINS was, in spite of  $28,944.73 DOLLARS which was spent on the 2010 GEORGE HUTCHINS for U.S. Congress Campaign, where most of this amount was spent on Television and Radio Advertisement.

It was believed ELITISM played a major role in this action, to block GEORGE HUTCHINS from all 2010 Republican Public Events because NO WARNINGS were given to Hutchins, where the ELITISTS were looking for any device to block anyone who the ELITISTS said were, "NOT ONE OF THEM," from all Republican Public Events.

The reconstruction of the N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby Website will remove all devices which the ELITISTS can use against GEORGE HUTCHINS or any other candidate in the future, as a method to block him or anyone connected to this website, even if, the ELITISTS say Hutchins or anyone else is, "NOT ONE OF THEM."

Formal complaints are being filed to higher levels of the Republican Party, against members of the North Carolina Republican Party who abused their offices during the 2010 Republican Primary, and GEORGE HUTCHINS will move on, leaving behind chains which bound him in the past, through the reconstruction of this website, and the main GEORGE HUTCHINS For U.S. Congress Website, located at:   www.georgehutchins.com 

GEORGE HUTCHINS filed a final financial report on May 14, 2010 to the FEC, Federal Election Commission, located in Washington DC, for a clear public record of  $28,944.73  U.S. Dollars  which was spent on the 2010 GEORGE HUTCHINS for U.S. Congress campaign, where the majority of these funds went into both Television and Radio advertisement of the campaign.

N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby, will focus more on International Travel, clear non-political sided historical events demonstrating all sides of each historical event, special interests, economics, and friendships between nations.

N.I.M. ARMY BASIC ORGANIZATION

An N.I.M. Soldier, just like an N.I.M. Member will make a decision to take action based on two elements, in the order which they are stated directly below.

No action of an N.I.M. Soldier will take place with either of these two following elements missing:

[1.] The action must be legal in the exact area, and the nation where the action is to take place.

[2.] The action must contribute to the defense of N.I.M. Members, N.I.M. areas of operation, and N.I.M. objectives.

 

 

All persons, in nations where N.I.M. operates, have the legal right, by law, to self-defense, to come to the defense of other persons, and to defend property using JUSTIFIED FORCE.

According to Criminal Justice Legal Science, as instructed at the University of Texas at El Paso, and other institutions:

[1.] The concept of legal JUSTIFIED FORCE, is the least amount of physical or verbal power required to halt an illegal attack.

[2.] JUSTIFIED FORCE is a Gray Area of the law, where the PHYSICAL injuries administrated to the attacker, should NOT be greater than the intended PHYSICAL injuries the attacker intended for the victim, and had the means to carry out, during a defense based action, conducted by a defender.

[3.] A defender is NOT guilty of an illegal threat by stating to a would be attacker, which physical actions the defender will take if the attacker commits an illegal physical assault upon the defender.

 

 

All N.I.M. Soldiers will conduct weight lifting training, be familiar with local laws, be trained in riot-crowd control tactics, and be familiar with many styles of fighting.

Specified N.I.M. Soldiers will be permitted to carry non-lethal legal weapons. This will include knight sticks, and other non-fire arms.

Specified N.I.M. Soldiers will be permitted to legally through proper license, carry fire arms. This will include legally purchased licensed military automatic pistols and military automatic assault rifles.

N.I.M. Soldiers and N.I.M. Members, will NEVER handle, operate, nor carry illegal weapons, nor use physical-verbal force illegally.

Through LEGAL JUSTIFIED FORCE, the N.I.M. Army will demonstrate a lethal fighting spirit, when the situation dictates.

All N.I.M. Soldiers of the N.I.M. Army, must first be accepted as N.I.M. Members before they become N.I.M. Soldiers.

All N.I.M. Soldiers and N.I.M. Members are held legally responsible for their actions as individuals.

 

 

The N.I.M. International Army will consist of the following six main elements:

[1.] N.I.M. Headquarters Element.

[2.] N.I.M Infantry.

[3.] N.I.M. Mechanized Armored Cavalry. "GARRY OWEN"

[4.] N.I.M. Army Quarter Master.

[5.] N.I.M. Military Police.   "Toten Kopf mit N.I.M. Kreuz"

[6.] N.I.M. Military Judge Advocate's Office. N.I.M. JAG. "N.I.M. Military Courts"
