Herr Dieter Finke war ein von den gründend Mitgliedern von N.I.M. in Deutschland während Aprils, 1989.
Dieter Finke wurde die N.I.M. Gouverneur für den deutschen Staat rief Niedrig-Sachsen {Niedersachsen} und hatte als der N.I.M gedient. Bürgermeister für Osterholz-Scharmbeck, Deutschland.
During die kubanische Rakete-Krise, und die Krise von der Schaffung Der Berliner Mauer, als die Welt einen möglichen Dritten Welt-Krieg gegenüberstand, hatte Dieter Finke in der deutschen Luftstreitkräfte gedient {
Luftwaffe} 1961-1964.Die deutsche Luftwaffe war ein wertvoller Teil von NATO als der Westen, der für eine mögliche kommunistische Invasion von Westeuropa während der kubanischen Rakete-Krise vorbereitet wurde, und die Krise von der Schaffung der Berliner Mauer.
Die kubanische Rakete-Krise fand während der Wochen von 1962 statt. Die Berliner Mauer ging am 13. August 1961.Als ein Mitglied der deutschen Luftwaffe diente Dieter Finke auf dem Nike-Herkules Rakete-System, das europäische Städte und Militär-Basen von feindlichen Luft-Angriffen schützte.

Dieter Finke wurde den 23. Oktober 1942, während der Höhe des Zweiten Welt-Krieges, ertragen und wuchs das Gegenüberstehen der Nöte, die von den meisten Deutschen als Europa besteht in Untergängen gegenübergestanden wurden, auf, wenn der Krieg endete.Der Vater von Herr Dieter Finke war ein deutscher Soldat während Zweiten Welt Krieg.
Beim Ende von Zweiten Welt Krieg, mit einer Wirtschaft, die durch den Krieg zerbrochen wurde, viele Deutsch standen Verhungern und hohe Niveaus von Armut gegenüber.
Durch harte Entschlossenheit wurde die deutsche Wirtschaft aufbauen wieder*, und die Berliner Mauer wurde gezwungen, in Phasen zu fallen: Der 9. November 1989-der 3. Oktober 1990.

Herr Dieter Finke hatte einen großen Einfluß auf allen N.I.M. Symbole, N.I.M. Doktrin, N.I.M. Verwaltung, und N.I.M. Objektive, als ein gründend N.I.M. Mitglied während Aprils, 1989.
Während Oktobers, 1999, wie meiste Besuche nach Deutschland, George Hutchins hatte mehrere Städte in Deutschland einschließlich Nürnbergs, Berlins, Bremens, und Osterholz-Scharmbeck besucht.
Während in Osterholz-Scharmbeck Herr Dieter Finke gerade eine Versammlung mit George Hutchins bei der Zentralen Halle Kneipe in 1999 verpaßt hatte.
George Hutchins linker Herr Dieter Finke eine Notiz bei der Central Halle Kneipe, und mit Bedauern mußte für Berlin der nächste Tag neben Zug gehen, um einige Tage zu verbringen, in Berlin.
George Hutchins mußte eine Flug in die Vereinigten Staaten in Berlin zurück auch fangen.
George Hutchins war unfähig, nach Deutschland während des Jahres 2000 zurückzukommen noch während des Jahres 2001. Herr Dieter Finke starb während des 20. Oktobers 2001.

Ein Monument zu N.I.M. Gouverneur Dieter Finke wird für Konstruktion beim künftigen N.I.M geplant Hauptquartier in North Carolina.
