The goal is to be acceptable within all corners of the U.S. Republican Party, where warnings were NEVER provided, and political candidates, such as GEORGE HUTCHINS were WRONGFULLY blocked from ALL Republican Party functions, and ALL Republican Party Conventions, which determines the outcome of most elections, in spite of private financing of Television and Radio political advertisement; such as, which was, the case, during the 2010 North Carolina, 4th U.S. Congress District, Republican Primary. Countless WRONGFUL DOUBLE STANDARDS exist within the United States; but, in the interest of gaining acceptance within all corners of the U.S. Republican Party, a decision was made to let someone else fight most of these battles, where all political humor, and clear examples of wrongful double standards, have been removed from this N.I.M. The clear objective is to open the doors for GEORGE HUTCHINS, and other candidates connected to this website for 2012 and 2014 political campaigns, so as to prevent being dragged down by the weights of having to fight other battles, which should be fought by persons who cannot be damaged by blocks from the U.S. Republican Party, to attend nor be invited speakers at U.S. Republican Party functions, and U.S. Republican Conventions. It is for certain GEORGE HUTCHINS would have won, or received countless more votes, during the 2010 Republican North Carolina, 4th U.S. Congress District primary, if he had NOT been blocked from attending ALL North Carolina Republican Party sponsored events, and Republican Party Conventions, because many voters did not know who GEORGE HUTCHINS was, in spite of $28,944.73 DOLLARS which was spent on the 2010 GEORGE HUTCHINS for U.S. Congress Campaign, where most of this amount was spent on Television and Radio Advertisement. It was believed ELITISM played a major role in this action, to block GEORGE HUTCHINS from all 2010 Republican Public Events because NO WARNINGS were given to Hutchins, where the ELITISTS were looking for any device to block anyone who the ELITISTS said were, "NOT ONE OF THEM," from all Republican Public Events. The reconstruction of the N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL Political Lobby Website will remove all devices which the ELITISTS can use against GEORGE HUTCHINS or any other candidate in the future, as a method to block him or anyone connected to this website, even if, the ELITISTS say Hutchins or anyone else is, "NOT ONE OF THEM." GEORGE HUTCHINS (BS) BACHELOR OF SCIENCE DEGREE IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE DIPLOMA
Completed: December 19, 1986
University of Texas at El Paso, El Paso, Texas.
The Bachelor of Science Degree in the major field of study in Criminal Justice was completed within the (4) Four Year Limit, starting in Fall Semester of 1982, and then with a graduation at the close of Fall Semester of 1986.
The purpose of the (4) year University Degree program was to study the complete Criminal Justice system to include the Government Political System, the creation and application of laws, the Court System, the Police, and the Corrections Prison-Jail-Probation-Parole-Fine-Penalty System, in addition to all other factors which regulate society.
In addition to Criminal Justice related instruction, the study of Sociology, Political Science, Psychology, English, German, Biology, and Astronomy were part of the 4 year program.
1986, the year of graduation, Haley's Comet arrived in the skies over El Paso, Texas, in which Hutchins was involved in a class study of Haley's Comet while taking Astronomy at the University of Texas of El Paso.
Haley's Comet returns to the skies of the Earth once every 75 years, and was last seen before 1986, in the year 1911.
Haley's Comet is scheduled to return to Earth in the year 2049.
Before starting the Bachelor of Science Degree program during Fall Semester of 1982, Hutchins was already a three veteran of the U.S. Regular Army 1979-1982, stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas during the time of the Iranian Hostage Crisis Red Alert, which was resolved by Ronald Reagan entering office as the U.S. President, with promises of war for Iran if the American Hostages were not released by the time he took office during January of 1981.
Hutchins was greatly influenced by Ronald Reagan, as university student 1982-1986, and vowed to take Conservative actions many steps further than Reagan was able to do, during the coming future.
Hutchins did not agree with Reagan's boycott of Dutch Boer White South African Gold Coins during 1986. In the 21st Century, 20 years later, Hutchins feels his opinion at the time was correct, using the present chaotic high street crime mess South Africa is in, ever since the fall of the Apartheid System, due to the Reagan led 1986 boycott of South African gold coins on the world market.
==>The once crime-free streets of South Africa, are now crime capitols which rival any major U.S. city in street crimes.
==>Under the Apartheid System, Africans in South Africa lived better than Africans living outside of White South African Rule.

In addition, during 1986 as a senior university student, Hutchins wrote an article in the University of Texas at El Paso student newspaper protesting the Banning of Kurt Waldheim, President of Austria, from the United States, due to Waldheim's actions as a German World War Two Soldier. Hutchins faced up to the objections of Liberals in the area, which included a Liberal Article in the University of Texas at El Paso, student newspaper attacking Hutchins' support of Kurt Waldheim.
Majority of the German community living in El Paso, Texas during 1986, who had read Hutchins' article defending Kurt Waldheim, supported Hutchins' views concerning Kurt Waldheim. In addition, Hutchins' supervisor in the case screening department of the El Paso District Attorney's Office, John Akers (SR), 65 years old in 1986, a World War Two U.S. Army veteran, who fought the Germans in battles on the European Western Front, was very proud of Hutchins' defense of Kurt Waldheim.
==>John Akers (SR), said in 1986, "As individuals, the Germans were the best Soldiers who fought in World War Two. The Germans lost World War Two because they fought too many people at one time," or words to this effect.
John Akers (SR) spoke of a 1944 battle injury when fighting the Germans on the Western Front where his fox hole scraped by artillery rounds, possibly the famous German 88MM rounds, where he was not actually hit, but the impact of the rounds flying directly over his dug-in defensive position caused exposed skin to bleed due to high projective pressure coming so close.
During 1986 as Hutchins' was a student intern at the El Paso, Texas District Attorney's office, John Akers (SR) was the senior investigator of the Case Screen Department, and Steven Simmons was the El Paso, Texas District Attorney (Elected Criminal Prosecutor)
==>Later, during 1987, Kurt Waldheim was given a mock-trial on HBO Cable Television Network, and was found innocent of all War Crimes he was accused of while serving as a soldier in the German Army during World War Two. This mock trial was conducted by actual international lawyers and actual international judges trained in the field of international military law, employed by HBO Cable Television Network.
==>19 years after Hutchins wrote the 1986 University of Texas at El Paso Article defending Kurt Waldheim, and 18 years after the HBO mock trial found Kurt Waldheim innocent of World War Two war crimes as a German Soldier, Hutchins was in Nuremberg, Germany April of 2005, while during a short stay over, while on route to Berlin, for the 60th Anniversary of the Battle for Berlin, to compliment Hutchins' April-1995 visit to Berlin for the 50th anniversary of the Battle for Berlin with other additional travels to Berlin, during April of 2005, a former German military World War Two anti-aircraft crew gunner became the Catholic Pope in Rome.
As a university student at the University of Texas at El Paso (Fall Semester, 1982-Fall Semester, 1986) Hutchins participated in the U.S. Army Reserve (August, 1982 through January of 1985) completing Basic Airborne Parachute Training at Fort Benning, Georgia (September, 1983), completing five parachute jumps from aircraft in Georgia during training, while taking a 3 week break from university classes. Later during 1983, Hutchins with his U.S. Army Reserve Unit made a 6th parachute jump into the El Paso, Texas desert during weekend operations. Finally Hutchins took a two week break from university classes to participate in U.S. Army Reserve Annual Training "Evaluation" in Korea (November, 1984). This November, 1984, U.S. Army Reserve operation involved a 7th and final parachute jump in Korea from blimp balloon basket suspended 800 feet above the Earth by a cable.
For this 1984 Parachute Jump in Korea, Hutchins was awarded Korean Army Parachute Badge.
As part-time employment, as a University Student (1982-1986) Hutchins worked at the Central YMCA, Montana Avenue, in El Paso, Texas (1983-1984) as a Youth Summer Camp and After School Counselor, swimming instructor, weight room supervisor, and Senior Life Guard.
In addition, Hutchins was active in "Theta XI" Fraternity during 1986 as an Associate Member, and Fraternity Treasurer.
Upon graduation Fall Semester of 1986 (University of Texas at El Paso) Hutchins went onto front line combat service in the 1991 Gulf War as a member of the Second Armored Division (Forward) out of Garlstedt, Germany, Membership in the State of Maine Army & Air Force National Guard (1992-1995), Membership in the German Army Reserve (1992-1995) [Legal Non-Pay Status], numerous residing extended travels to Germany (Europe), service in the full-time U.S. Marines (1996-2000), and completion of a Masters Degree (MPA) Public Administration (1998) Webster University, Camp Lejuene, North Carolina Campus.
Above else, after completing a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1986, Hutchins during April of 1989, in Osterholz-Scharmbeck, Germany, joined a small group at the Central Halle Kneipe, which would be later known as N.I.M. INTERNATIONAL during the 21st Century. Hutchins was the first American to join this group, which became an international political lobby, known as NIM INTERNATIONAL.
