Conflicts between the English and the Scottish populations may be rooted in the clear fact of administration, going back to the Roman Empire. When the Roman Empire left England after 400 years, Roman institutions remained.
Most persons who had lived within England, had lived under Roman rule for more about 400 years, or had come from lands who had resided under Roman government for several generations.
These persons in England had their lives shaped by Roman institutions, just as previous Roman institutions continue to shape modern civilization today, in the twenty first century.

William Wallace had demonstrated, a clear fact, one does not have to come from the wealthy upper classes to become a leader of his country, or to become a success in any employment occupation.
Due to the fact the U.S. Government honors Robert E. Lee, the General of the Confederate Forces during the U.S. Civil War, 1861-1865, and the British honor Napoleon Bonaparte, the French Emperor who fought against the British General, the Duke of Wellington, at Waterloo, Belgium in 1815, a special honor should be made to Sir William Wallace, for the same reasons. SIR WILLIAM WALLACE In addition to wrongfully depicting the Battle of Stirling Bridge in an open field, with long pikes which were never used in the real battle, Mel Gibson falsely claimed the daughter-in-law of the King of England had a love affair with William Wallace, in which, during this period of history, she was only 11 or 12 years old, and neither she nor William Wallace had never met. This was a sick perversion of the facts of the William Wallace history committed by Mel Gibson. Mel Gibson could have done a better film, just by sticking to the truth. Both American Patriots and the British Government were further disgraced by the falsehoods depicted in the Mel Gibson's later film called THE PATRIOT. During the year 2007, NIM INTERNATIONAL will visit American Revolution sites and demonstrate the clear false statements Mel Gibson made in his film called THE PATRIOT which are a disgrace to both American Patriots and to the present day British government, through Mel Gibson's false statements in the film.
